proverbs 3:6

“In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths.”

My reasoning, though more mature today than yesterday, is still muddied with the dust of my humanity. Death still lurks in some corners of my tempered thoughts. Compared to what I’ve tread before, my path looks perfect, but it’s not.

For this reason, let me ever cry out for Your wisdom, O God. Let my discernment be always subject to Your perfect judgement. Let my slightly crooked ways be straightened by the unbent sword proceeding from Your mouth.

Let my perfected gait be one of limping; leaning on You no matter the terrain.
